This is a translation for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website is deliberately built to collect as little as possible: it sets no cookies, usesno tracking and loads no content from third-party servers. Below you will find what is nevertheless processed for technical reasons.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Each time this website is accessed, the server automatically collects data transmitted by your browser and stores it temporarily in a log file:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the requested file
• amount of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
• browser and operating system used
• previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted

This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security and defend against attacks. The legal basis is legitimate interest underArt. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not merged with other data sources and is not used for advertising or to analyse user behaviour. It is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless it is needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.

3. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. No comparable technologies such as local storage or session storage are used either. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

4. Fonts

The fonts used (Playfair Display and DM Sans) areserved from this website's own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external service. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party when fonts are loaded.

5. No analytics, no tracking

No reach measurement, web analytics or profiling takes place. No services such as Google Analytics, Matomo, the Meta pixel or comparable tools are embedded. Automated decision-making including profiling under Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.

6. Getting in touch

This website contains no contact form. The contact details provided simply open your email client or phone app. No data is transmitted to or stored on this website in the process.

If you write to me by email or call me, I process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) solely in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwiseArt. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your enquiry is deleted once it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Links to external services

This website links to Lana Sabo's Instagram profile. This is aplain text link, not an embedded social media element. Data is therefore only transmitted to Instagram once you actively click the link. From that point the privacy policy of the respective provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) applies. I have no influence over their processing.

8. Encryption

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS). You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

9. Disclosure of data

Your data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named above acting as a processor. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right at any time to:

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
